Initial water leakage <br/>The O-ring of the internal pump may be out of place. If the problem persists after running hot water through the unit and turning the lever up and down, please refer to the video in the link and reinstall the pump. If water still leaks, this may be due to an initial defect, so please contact our support desk.
Water leakage after use If there is an abnormality in the internal pump, water leakage may occur. If the shape of the pump is distorted or deformed due to pressure, parts replacement is required. Please purchase pump parts from here and replace them by referring to the video in the link.

After espresso is extracted, water accumulates on top of the grounds in the portafilter.
The beans may be ground too finely, try grinding a coarser grind and brewing again. Other possible reasons include the water temperature being too hot or the steeping time being too short.

The lever is stiff and I can't extract espresso.

There is no barometer attached, but is the extraction pressure 9 atmospheres?
The extraction pressure is less than 9 atmospheres in the case of ARCO, and the range varies depending on the temperature of the water and the fineness of the coffee beans. Since the pressure is manually controlled in the ARCO extraction, various extractions can be performed. Please try various extractions by yourself.
